Pumice

Pumice is a volcanic rock that is a solid lava that has been ejected from a heated up and highly pressurized volcano.  It can be created by a mix of lava and water because the water cools and depressurizes to create this rock.  Pumice can float on water at first, and pumice is actually considered a glass.  This is because it has no crystal structure.  One of the main uses of pumice is in concrete.  It is also used to take off calluses and other dry or lose skin.  Pumice is very low in density.
